It sounds like you have built up a treasurehouse of happy memories together, and that the essence of who she was has been woven into your own self. I hope as time goes on, the pain of loss will subside more, and the joy of what you gained through knowing her will come to the fore. (I know grieving isn't a straightforward arc from one to the other...)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8695172414901267072.post-53940870010637890282017-01-16T06:06:49.006-05:002017-01-16T06:06:49.006-05:00So very sorry to hear this, Heather. I can only think that she was so young that she never thought of a check up, but I know they do not usually start until you are fifty, unless there is a family history. How very sad for her family and three year old. How fortunate to have such a friend.Lilbitbrithttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09477302589982766792noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8695172414901267072.post-6564378682495792652017-01-14T22:11:03.830-05:002017-01-14T22:11:03.830-05:00oh my dear friend Heather!!!
