We've never been to Culzean ...How fascinating! We've never been to Culzean Castle, and as we are National Trust members we should go. We did once stop for an hour in Maybole, on our way to the ferry to Ireland. I think I recognize the library on the main street in one of your photos? I find it so interesting how certain Scottish names with "z" in them are pronounced. Menzies is "Mingiss", Finzean is "Fingin" but I believe Culzean is "Culyen"?
