The Lion Roars

They say, "March comes in like a lion....". I think the nasty ice storm we had yesterday is proof of that! I'm sure those in the country had some beautiful scenery with everything coated in ice.

We had ice pellets falling for quite some time before it switched to snow overnight.

It's amazing to me how something can become totally coated in ice. It's definately a beautiful affect.

So, we are off for a day of school and there is some baking/cooking on the list. Michael is out and about most of the day, with a couple of hours of driving, so I'm hoping the interstates are in good condition!
