I should be posting about the incredible ice/snow storm we're having in the midwest just now, but my pictures aren't uploaded so I'll have to do that another time. Suffice it to say, we have not lost power yet, are enjoying being snowed in and are pretty much having lots of fun, for which I'm thankful.
Laura turned 9 months last week! Nine months is such a great age. I have always loved it. Laura is so much bigger than at Christmas and is so comfortable sitting for long stretches and playing on the floor.
We're starting to use the highchair some, although she's so tiny that it is hard to keep her upright. She's not supposed to eat so much that she won't take her bottles, but I give her some sort of table food once a day.
Laura's been without her NG tube for 10 days now and we are so excited about this! I think she's putting on weight and we'll see next week at the next dr's appointment.

This is a lovely diversion from the coverage of the country of Egypt where things are not sweet and lovely at all.
Sweet post - what a blessing to see her moving forward with development and getting off those heart meds! Amazing! God is so good. Laura looks like a happy little lamb - dressed in such cuddly handknits and cozy clothes! I hear your love for her in every word of your post!
