December 4
Today was our annual 4h Christmas party! We began with caroling and present-giving at the County Home where the residents are so genuinely appreciative of their gifts and it is a highlight of the season to watch their faces as they unwrap the things they receive.
Afterward, we headed to our 4h meeting hall where there were three huge tables set up for gingerbread house making. Even Laura could participate. She loved it and was very particular about how she wanted to decorate.
Then came the gift exchange and the white elephant gift exchange. Always fun!
