I turned around this afternoon to see this:
Rachel and Andrew both finished knitting projects this week. Andrew's been working on the pink hat for Laura for a few months and was very pleased to finish it this week.Rachel, entirely on her own, picked up a knitting book from the library and made the doll. She never asked for any help, except to tie the yarn bows onto the dolls hair. I was very impressed. Laura seems happy. :)

Wow! Amazing work! That's very impressive that Rachel is such a good knitter at so young an age! It must be in the blood. That little pink hat is sooo cute and would look great with one of your felt flowers on it.
That is adorable!! She is going to be a girl with a hat for every occasion I think.

I'm so impressed. ..Oh I need to pick up my needles again. I am currently sewing again. .always something fun to do.
