Our Countryside

Last weekend I took some pictures of the countryside around us. While we can not see any of this from our home, if we drive about a mile we begin to get into the farm country.

We are really blessed to have a back way to drive to the northern part of the city. This is one of my favorite views:
This is the kind of view I pass on the back way to Wal-mart.

Michael has recently started going on bike rides and this is what he can ride past!
I just love this white barn! There seem to be a lot of white barns in the area. While I really like red barns, the white makes a different, and beautiful, combination with the grass and sky.

I think the pool is calling! Yesterday I had to jump in clothes and all to rescue a little James who lost his noodle and was struggling in the middle of the pool. It definately added a bit of excitement to our pool visit. And then it will be time to go grocery shopping again. I hope you all have a lovely weekend!

Oh goodness. . James, be careful with your noodle in the pool. Good job mom on the rescue.
The country side looks so serene and peaceful. Not a sound but the birds.

I enjoyed the photos, its nice to see a bit more of your home area. It looks very peaceful. I liked the barns, quite unlike barns here.

There's nothing like Indiana in the summer. Winter I could live without, but summer is just the best. Great pics.
