The kids came to visit this evening and look what they were rewarded with:
Smiles!!! It sure is good to see Laura cracking a few of her smiles. We have missed them so much over the past 8 days. Maybe tomorrow she'll smile for us........
What an answer to prayer! It's very encouraging to see how the children can bring smiles after all Laura has been through and all the drugs that sap the body of strength. It's wonderful to see Laura with fewer and fewer wires and tubes! And,such an adorable hat!!! Too cute for words!!
Thank you, God for those sweet smiles! I am praying for you all. I understand your experience at NICU, Caleb's time there was such an eye opening experience after having had healthy babies before. May God give you grace and strength! Carlee

Lovely to click onto your blog this morning and see your little Laura smiling! X
Great to see this smiling picture because she did look a bit sad in the previous one.
Hope there is more progress and many more smiles today.
Tears came to my eyes when I saw this picture. How wonderful to see a smile on little Laura's face! We've been praying for her and all of you.
