Laura Elizabeth arrived at 1:41 p.m. and is 6 pounds, 4 ounces and 19 1/2 inches long. Very thankful for the easiest labor yet and for a safe delivery -- Laura had the cord wrapped around her neck 3 times.
Now it's time for some lunch for me and then the kids are coming up to meet their new sister.
Thank you all for your prayers and kind thoughts! Hopefully we can post pictures later today.

Congratulations! How thrilling! And what a beautiful name - so pretty, I love it. Can't wait to see pictures. Did you have to have the induction in the end?
Congratulations, what a lovely name. Looking forward to seeing the first pictures.
Amazing that you are able to post this just an hour after she was born and that we all know the good news so quickly.
Now why did I get goosebumps as I read this I wonder? I truly am just so thankful that Laura arrived safe and sound.
I hardly need pictures. .I can see your darling children all excited in my minds eye . ..but I'll be back to check ..just to be sure it was how I envisioned.
Blessings .. and hugs of course.
Congratulations, Heather!! I cannot wait to see pictures of my new niece!!
That's wonderful news. Congratualtions!
Love the name! It was the one I picked out when I was ten years old for my future daughter...she's thirty now and I still LOVE that name!
Blessings on all of you and on Laura's future as well.
