We haven't had snow in quite some time and it is so pretty as it falls in large flakes:
Snow beckons silently to children, "Come out and play!"
Somehow mothers know what is called for next:

Oh to be a kid again when snow was fun and inviting rather than dangerous and slippery. Do you remember all the fun rides down Grandma's hill in our sleds? For some reason I've been thinking of those delightful moments a lot lately.
It was pretty!
Once I knew my husband and son were safe at their destinations, I could enjoy the beauty of the snow falling outside the window.
I actually like cold weather but this -2 for a HIGH tomorrow?
Looks like they are having fun! I just wish this extreme cold would go away!
I really, really enjoyed watching all the snow fall yesterday. It hasn't felt like winter without the snow (oh, except for the cold!!!). :)
No snow here so its nice to look at other peoples! I like the picture of the falling snow against the trees.
