St. Patrick's Day Cookies -- made by Emily and a friend from her work. Aren't they pretty! We enjoyed our Irish dinner last night: corned beef with potatoes and carrots. I decided the children would eat the cabbage if I served it in the form of coleslaw. :) As it was also Knit Night, I baked some
Irish Soda Bread Cookies, which were really nice.

You should ask Laura to give you her baked cabbage with cheese sauce recipe. It's like an au gratin. It's the only way I like cabbage except for some types of cole slaw. I bet your kids would eat it 'cuz it's more like mac 'n cheese. :)
Very colourful, 40 shades! Happy St Patrick's Day... even if I am a bit late!
