Up early to join a group of friends making freezer meals for the holidays -- 11 families, 10 meals each, LARGE quantities. Off to take the children to their recital rehearsal and then home to get them cleaned up and dressed up before heading back for the real thing. Very festive to sit and listen to all the Christmas music the 25 or so children played. Duets by Rachel and Andrew, Andrew and James, James and Rachel, and a solo by Rachel. Home to clean up the kitchen, write a few cards, wrap a few presents, eat leftovers for dinner, bake a few cookies, and bathe a few children. Listening to the children describe the fun they had at an Ugly Christmas Sweater party at a friend's church. Thinking about relaxing and glad tomorrow is Sunday.

That looks so peaceful and enjoyable. I can almost hear the music. I also loved your post of the 14th. It puts one's problems into perspective.
